Houston Activities

We had so much fun in Houston - Mimi and Dziadek spoiled us ROTTEN!

Mimi and I went to the park on Thursday with the kids. It was a hit!

Houston Road Trip

We traveled to Houston for the second time with Marek (last Wednesday) and it was another successful trip!

Madelyn had no accidents (on the way there) :)

The tag left on Ellie has been reduced to just a few threads. Since Madelyn was a baby, she has carried "Ellie" everywhere and rubbed on "tags". She even rubs tags on her lips . . .
For years, this is how she's put herself to sleep . . .
The Arrival

We arrived in Houston and got to spend time with beautiful Tammy (in the back) - Gena's best friend for - well - forever! She's as sweet as she is beautiful - hard to believe!

Mimi got a swing for the kids - Madelyn tried it out first. . .
Even Brock made the trip with us! He was in heaven with all his dog cousins . . .
Marek made himself right at home and roamed the entire house! His poor little red knees!

School Easter Egg Hunt

Madelyn had an Easter egg hunt at school on the Wednesday before Easter. She was so excited to see mommy, daddy, and Marek show up to "Egg" her on! hehe

Palm Sunday

The kids and I met Nana and Papa at church for the Sunday evening mass before picking daddy up at the airport.

He wasn't too sure about the shoes - they really slowed him down. That was great for mommy!

They were both so glad to see their daddy!

Pre-Easter at the Lake House

Since daddy was out of town, the kids and I headed out to Nana and Papa's lake house on Saturday. It was such a beautiful day to be on the lake!

We started off with an Easter Egg hunt - that is one smart bunny to know we wouldn't be here on Easter!

He got the kids lot's of treats and goodies!
We then went on a walk - Madelyn was trying to get close to the ducks. She was very cautious . . .

Marek got a nice little ride from Papa . . .

He was pooped - it put him right to sleep . . .

He was wide awake and ready to play when we got back to the house . . .
