We took our first trip to Leakey since Marek was born on September 14th - 16th. I can't believe it was Marek's first time - he was finally baptized in the Frio! We got to see the newly engaged Brian and Jessica beaming from ear to ear! Gena, Dan, and Sarah (Gena's roommate) also made the trip. Brian, Jessica, and Sarah all had the joy of traveling with us :) The flight there wasn't so bad . . . the flight home was another story . . . thank God it's a short flight :) We flew into San Antonio and drove ~1.5 hours to Leakey. With Marek's traveling style, it was essential not to drive the 7+ hours . . .

Marek LOVES to be outside so he spent most of his time playing on the deck. It's so big - he had so much space to wander. He was running back and forth and falling onto the blow up mattresses.
